Female Coaches Group Networking Event and Workshop confirmed for November
Female Coaches of Northamptonshire: Let’s Level Up Together!
Are you already coaching in grassroots football and looking to connect with other female coaches? Join us for a Networking & Workshop Event designed to help you build your network and develop your coaching skills.
If you are a first-timer, this event is a great way to get involved. Bring along any other female coaches you know who might benefit from being part of this fantastic network.
Come along and connect with like-minded coaches to share knowledge, ideas, and support one another! You’ll also have the chance to discuss your individual coaching development plans and learn how your coaching behaviours impact your players.

Venue: Earls Barton Clubhouse (114 Northampton Rd, Earls Barton, NN6 0HF)
Date & Time: Monday 11th November, 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Workshop Topic: "Understanding Self" - A theory-based session to help you reflect on your values and behaviours as a coach, delivered by Megan Todd, FA East Regional Coach Developer.
This event is part of the Northants Female Coaches Development Group, where you can:
- Share your coaching experiences and get peer support
- Receive guidance from FA Regional Coach Mentors
- Be part of a supportive network of female coaches across the county
- Access session plans, coaching resources, and free workshops throughout the year
